Tier Slot Reduction

I would like to take a moment to see if you guys would like to provide any feedback or ideas on the tiers, though.
Does the 3 hours thing feel like too little of a return for the monthly $25? Would you rather pay a different amount to get straight to a flat colored piece? Would you rather see the slot cost less and reduce the amount of time? The $10 tier is admitted pretty lackluster, as well.
I acknowledge I'm not the fastest and it's something I would genuinely like to improve upon. I know a lot of great artists that produce at a brisk rate and I'd like to be able to do the same, but that all comes with time to practice. I spend too much time second-guessing my sketches and redrawing things (with varied results).

I'm going to mull that over for a month, review feedback, gauge my free time, and such before I make a decision. Possibly modify my tiers further at the beginning of November.
