Update #45 - Emergencies, Mega Suspension, KK Update, Previews

Hey everyone! I thought about making this just a regular PSA but I think there's enough to cover quickly to make this an actual update post with some additional previews. Let's just jump right into it all.

Major Delays

I've been set back a HUGE amount the past few days due to a medical emergency which landed me in the hospital overnight. Fortunately I was nearly done with the Meowth/Persian release so I was able to get that out, but unfortunately the second set that was supposed to come out this week will be delayed a few more days. Spoiler Alert: It's Alolan Meowth/Persian.

Mega Links Fixed

Another headache to deal with: Mega suspended my account temporarily due to a security risk which caused a big headache and took several hours to fix. Some of you did notice this and reported it to me, so thank you for the heads up on that. It's been fixed as of this evening and HOPEFULLY it shouldn't be a problem anymore, but it does make me a bit worried I could lose all that data stored on their site. It's a good thing I have local copies of everything, though.

KK Update v11

ScrewThisNoise's BetterRepack v11 was released about a week ago but I finally got around to updating it. If any of you haven't yet done so, now's the chance to do so. Fortunately it's not too large of an update so it really shouldn't take long! In addition to updating that, I actually noticed I had lost several zipmods after a recent cleaning, so yesterday I had to spend several hours finding them all again (mostly Yamado studio mods). What a complete pain in the ass.

KK Sunshine R1

KK Sunshine is now out for the world to enjoy.. but I have no intent on using it just yet. The fresh release is completely unstable and I already had a few CTDs just trying to work with it, I'll most likely be waiting until R2 or R3 for a more stable version in a few months. But if you guys want to try it out and weren't aware it's out, be sure to grab it over on ScrewThisNoise's page!

Long-time Patrons Contacted

I've begun contacting those of you who've been supportive for a long time and gathering requests. Since I'm doing them one at a time, however, it'll take a few more weeks to contact and note down all requests. So, if you're a longtime supporter, I WILL reach out to you within the next few weeks, so don't sweat it!

Some Small Previews

I probably forgot to mention a few things above but for now let's quickly talk about some upcoming stuff. First, all the previous previews shown off in the last post are still coming up. Obviously the other Tapu Legendaries will be released as well, the next one coming out in just a few short days. In Addition to them, however, are a few Alolan variants:

Next up, for example, is Alolan Meowth and Alolan Persian.

The sprites are actually quite old but the designs are still something I can work with and want to do anyways, so the extra forms shall be done.

There's a lot of other ones as well. In no particular order of release:

(Alolan Vulpix / Ninetails were actually made shortly after I released my original Alolan versions, funny enough. I never updated since.)

One I've been wanting to do for a LONG time. I'd want to rework the base Exeggcute and Exeggutor, but the problem is their sprites haven't been updated in forever. So I think I'll skip the base forms and head straight for Alolan Exeggutor!

Obviously very similar to her base model, Marowak (and Cubone) may be reworked first since I think these sprites are polished, actually.

Finally, some other Alolan Moemon that may be done:

These are all in the "maybe not" category, but I have not yet decided. Many of them are outdated, from former artists, and don't seem to have a proper resemblance, so most assuredly will be redone.
