Spirit Halloween - Part 2: Roxanne the Witch

I know this seemingly came out of nowhere, but there's a reason for reworking Roxanne all of a sudden! She wasn't planned, but I had a bit of extra time and was inspired to make Roxanne after her new Halloween outfit appeared on Masters EX over the past week or so (in fact, I was lucky enough to pull her on first 10x pull!), but also for the fact that her partnered Sync Pair happens to be tomorrow's release.
I actually wanted to also do Phoebe, but I didn't have THAT much free time (there's always November, I suppose). Still, while her dress really isn't 1:1, it's also not really meant to be. I wanted some mostly stock but also inspired by her outfit. Also there's a modder out there that's been making MastersEX outfits for KK and if he does this outfit, I'll have wasted my time completely.
Anyways, her outfit is standard as usual while her Halloween costume is in her Club Activities slot (5th). While using it, I recommend turning off Sub accessories to hide part of her hair or else it will clip through.
