You may notice that Hydreigon has a different sprite since the preview a few weeks ago. There happened to be a last minute update to her sprite, and I decided to design her off that. Mainly because the outfit was much easier than the long-dress the other sprite had.
Sorry about the delay with this one. Not only were Zweilous and Hydreigon exceptionally complicated, but partially through working on Hydreigon we had a power out for a few hours due to the severe weather we're getting, and of course, I didn't save anything. That pretty much delayed things a whole 'nother day.
Both Zweilous and Hydreigon have custom outfits and to the degree that I would say every single piece of clothing and accessory has been edited is an understatement. I really fine tuned a lot of parts, not just the usual detailmasks and textures.
That is partially why Hydreigon herself took so long, as she's sitting at roughly 40 accessory parts. None of their parts are meant to necessarily "come off", so they are not bound to any clothing or Sub attachment.
