Yeah, I lied.
While I was in the middle of posting the update for the next series of Moemon that I want to work on, I realized there are a handful of other Dragons left that I really want to work on. Turtonator, of course, was one of them!
Due to certain constraints, the outfit is different since much of the KK nodes wouldn't work properly with the sprite design, but I kept the palette and similar silhouette. The upper pieces attach to the various top parts while the bottom pieces attach to either the bottom or pantyhose slots, depending on the outfit, while the hat can be turned off entire with Sub accessories.
Cigarette not included.
