Originally, I was planning on doing M-Rayquaza, but then I realized her new sprite was never finished, and her last sprite.. isn't the best. So I have no blueprint to go off of. There's plenty of others to do though, but since we just had a Mega last release, I decided to hold off on doing another one of those anyways, since they tend to be really heavy on the work load.
Latias/Latios here wasn't initially planned, but then I remember they are Dragons, and then inspiration struck. For these, the accessories aren't the biggest feature, but rather their custom outfit, which had to be hand-crafted. Unfortunately, the triangle pattern on their chest is skewed, mainly because of the absurd mesh that the outfit uses, but also because their boobs are way too big for their own good (are big boobies aerodynamic?)
Alas, where Latias took about 4 days to finalize, Latios was done in about an hour, since she was just a color swap. I actually wanted to use colormasks so that you can freely change the colors, if you wanted to, but unfortunately their gloves and outfit don't allow colormasks, for some reason. So they had to be colored by hand.
Which was annoying.
