Jirachi is here to grant your wish!

A special release to celebrate the New Year - a rework of the Gen 3 Legendary, Jirachi! There's only one minor deviation from the sprite, which is her back piece. I couldn't really figure out a way to do any singular ribbons that also had physics enabled for her hip ribbons, so I switched it to a back piece which also has a sort of cloak with it.

Actually, I'm realizing you can't really see much of that in the screenshot, but I think it looks better (and more importantly, functions better, too). Although, I originally was going to give her a tiny star-wand, but she doesn't actually have a wand. It's just her finger, pointing to a floating star. Cute, but gives me an excuse to not actually make a wand (yeah I kind of regret not making one).
