Caelia, a genderbent version of Calem from X/Y, is based on this fan art for the most part, with some slight differences of course. The main outfit is from Calem themself, with a rather simplistic design. I suppose N*ntendo never really cared for male fashion in their games.
Anyways, the releases got a bit mixed up and some delays piled on, so I got this one out quickly* before the next two. I might also push out a slight update of the Froakie line, since I noticed some issues with them.
