Artemis Burgh, that is.
I don't know why this was so complicated. It's actually a rather simple design, even if translating Burgh's clothing to a feminine build (the skirt itself didn't actually take too long), but the real problem was the hair. It's so ridiculous, I hate it. I settled off a slightly different design, based on some fan art, which I want to actually showcase this time - since it's the main inspiration, after Burgh himself.
There's very few to work with, but, it's also weird that there's any art of genderbent Gym Leader Burgh from Generation 5 Pokemon Black / White.
Also, I think I accidentally created Hermoine Granger from Harry Potter instead.
