There's not much to say about these all individually, but I want to address one thing. Their outfits are pretty much exactly the same across the board. Which sucks, but I tried to add some variety to them while still keeping true to the source material.
Besides that, I at least messed around with their hair to add some uniqueness, particularly with Poliwhirl/Poliwrath. They also get progressively thicc as you get to Poliwrath.
These four are some of my favorites to date. Probably because Blue is so soothing to the eyes.
And then there's Politoed in yellow. I hate yellow.
