I was bored and whipped up a mini comic involving the Super Nerd. In the future, I actually want to do a full length one featuring the characters I release here, but I have no experience with comics at all, or visual novels for that matter. So this is a dry test run.
I wanted to share some kinda funny behind-the-scenes stuff with you all though.
First, let's talk clipping.

It may seem totally minuscule, but there was very, very minor clipping around her crotch. Messing with "Join Adjustments" did nothing, I believe it's just an issue with the particularly clothing (as usual..)
If there is a fix, let me know below.
For now, here's what I did to fix it:

I put Spheres in place and colored them the same color as her shorts. Can't be too dark, or else it SLIGHTLY sticks out. Modern problems require modern solutions.

Next, let's talk lighting and glow effects and that other cool shit. I'm not the absolute best with lighting, compared to many others in the Koikatsu community. Especially the Japanese. They can do some crazy stuff. That said, I try to at least make my screenshots look somewhat decent. This leads to a lot of time spent just messing with the lighting, and I'm still not 100% on how it functions in Studio.
This, of course, leads to some time wastes and lots of adjustments being made. For example, originally I had the pickaxe (it's made with basic shapes) on the rock, near the fossils. All of the "scene" is set up first, then I do the lighting.
Then this happens.

What's happening here? Well, simply put, the "sunshaft" effect is set to come off of the fire, creating the aura or "glow" you see around the center. The problem is, it now enchanted my Pickaxe with Holy light, and it just sticks out poorly. So then that has to be moved.
And then you don't even see it in the final product above. What a waste.
Speaking of glowy-things, let's talk about the first male character in the Moemon-Koikatsu universe seen above and a little secret about it..
..and that is, I haven't actually made one yet. It's just a standard male character, body adjusted for more manly physique, but all he is is Monochrome'd out all-black, to hide his features.
And that leads to a bit of a funny story.
As I set everything up; the poses, the scaling, etc etc, and finally was about to finish, I turned on Monochrome and turned him all white..

This was obviously problematic. You can't even see anything. Where are her tits she's just being devoured by nuclear radiation oh god.
The same thing happened with other colors. That was unfortunate, since I wanted his silhouette to reflect off the very dark background. In the end, though, I didn't want to readjust everything a 5th time, so black worked fine, since it doesn't glow.

The contrast is nice though, I guess.
Finally, a bit of a disclaimer.

The actors seen above are of adult age and both have consented to sexual relations. Also, I do not condone rape or assault of any manner. As yo can see, Super Nerd above has given her post-coital approval, and Monochrome Man has his fossils, so he's happy.
