All three have been kept as close as possible to the design of the Moemon sprites, with Victreebel a little less so, though I still like her look. I added a tail to Victreebel, because the actual Pokemon sort of has one. See here:
Although, now that I look at this sprite, I feel I should add fangs.

Just as an aside, I feel like their names were meant to be spelled differently. I feel it should be Weepingbell not Weepinbell, and Victreebell not Victreebel. Especially the latter one, as "Bell" is spelled correctly in both Bellsprout and Weepinbell.
They may have done this because of the 10 character limit, like with Feraligatr, which was supposed to be Feraligator, but the English version had the Character limit, so it was changed.
