Gym Leader #3 - The Lightning Lieutenant!

Lt. Surge's main outfit is loosely based/inspired from official artwork as well as the fan art seen here. The rest of her outfits are a myriad of US Army themed clothes and a bangin' American themed Bikini.
As with the sprite, Surge has glasses accessories both on her face and in her hand (Slot 1 + Slot 2), for posing.
Researching all of the lore for this stuff really opens up a lot of cool trivia about Pokemon I never knew. For example, in Black 2/White 2, at the Pokemon World Tournament, there's a guy who speculates that Lt. Surge is from Unova. Unova (the world in B2/W2) is based on New York.
Unova lore also states they have been in war before, and in Gen 1, Lt. Surge mentions how he was once in war, and electric Pokemon saved his life. He was also a CO, and a Pilot, and used Electric Pokemon to power his aircraft.
So, the screenshot above is loosely based on the Gulf War, which took place in the 90s. Lt. Surge fought in the Gulf War, retired, moved to Japan, and became a Gym Leader. It's canon!
