Mega Raticate is loosely inspired by the above artwork, but also takes elements from other sources. She has a Bandit style outfit, which is fitting, since Rattata and Raticate are thieving whores.
Speaking of, Raticate has a full outfit set. The set is nothing special, but better than completely naked.
