Reforged - Nidorans! (Part 1/3)

Today we have the first set of Nidorans reworked to be up to quality standards!

A few details of what's changed:

Updated the face/body models of both (Nidoran (M) is flatter than (F))
Changed the hair styles of both.
Minor details have been altered; nose, iris, highlights, etc.
Nidoran's (F) clothing has been overhauled, with a new dress and outfit closely matching her sprite's appearance, as well as a unique overlay for her dress (patterned)
Nidoran's (M) clothing was largely kept the same, but fixed from the old version. Previously she had similar undewear/glove sleeves of Nidoran (F). This has been fixed.
Both have nails for the glove slots, to mimic the "claws" they have.
Both have updated cardfronts (and cardbacks)
Fixed/updated/altered their character info/personality to be more distinct.
Added Shiny versions of both!

Overall, this was a huge rework. While they don't have a complete outfit set, they do have slots 1-4 filled (1&2 are the same, but Gym/Swimsuit are different).
