[Violet City] Aviator Ava Falkner!

Gym Leader Falkner is here, along with Hoothoot & Noctowl!

Ava Falkner has an unusual coloration bug for her outfit in the sprite. This isn't the fault of the Female fan artwork, the official Male sprites have the same issue:

In the above, his outfit top is teal, but blue in the lower sprite. As it so happens, KK doesn't allow you to have a top and an "outer wear", per se. You can use the uniform option and have some pre-select options, but unfortunately there is no archery outfit for the inner-wear slot. This means we're dropping the outerwear for sake of a better cohesive outfit.

Ava also has an edited archer skirt, shown here:

It's a simple overlay to shorten her skirt to a more appropriate length according to the sprite.

Hoothoot & Noctowl are also here!

You know, I never understood why G/S or HG/SS didn't give Falkner these two as his Pokemon instead of Pidgey + Pidgeotto. Obviously, you'd think the new game would have some new Pokemon to show off. Canonically, he does have a Hoothoot in the anime, which proceeds to kick Ash's ass. And I believe he shows off a Noctowl in the manga..
