Miltank is here!
While Miltank was relatively easy to make, her overlay was a bit of a pain in the ass, specifically while I was editing the Shiny version's colors. Normally it's quite easy, but I was in a rush and messed up a few things and long story short I ended up saving OVER the Shiny version, which set me back a few minutes. No worries though, the shiny is available as well, with appropriate colors.
Miltank also has some cutie outfits to check out.
And like Whitney, shares a cowprint outfit :^)
