[Route 104] Gullwings!

These two were supposed to release tomorrow, but I had a little extra time to spare, and since they were rather quick to develop, I thought I'd push them out a day early!
These two are slightly more simplistic releases, there was no need to go overboard with overlays or edits (though there are some with the accessories), as they matched up pretty well with their Sprites.
Wingull's hat could have been better, but it still fits thematically - the rest of her was fine. Pellipper on the other hand had a perfect hat choice, and I gave her a more mature look. I also tried a slightly thicker body shape, and I think she's perfect.
