I've had to go over each note and constantly tweak their articulation values, and I'm still not satisfied, but I need to totally move on. Over the thanksgiving break I spent an insane amount of money on new sample libraries (not featured in this track) that'll motivate me for my future orchestrations.

Scarlet Forest is one of those strange songs that I am not a big fan of but constantly find myself humming and wanting to listen to. This piece—especially the later section where the longer melody overlaps the main song—is truly something special. Still wouldn't call it my favorite song in the game, but it's moved up a good several notches thanks to your work. And in regards to the wait and such, it's absolutely fine, though it was worrying not hearing from you for so long. I know it sounds trite and cliché, but take care of yourself first. I'm happy to wait seven times longer for an arrangement if it means you're doing what needs doing in your life first, and I suspect most of your listeners feel the same. It's clear something hasn't gone right in your life and you are trying to mask the pain with instrumentation which would usually be used for 'happy cute' songs. The minor transpositions of the original chord progressions make me feel depressed. Everything will be ok, Jeremiah. In terms of how it made me feel, this was your best piece yet.
