Next Character Recommendation

I decided to include OC in the TIER5 character recommendation this month.
This is a pilot test only this month, and I will see and decide whether to keep it or not.
* OC recommended this month can continue to be recommended until the character wins.
* Cannot recommend a new OC after the OC recommendation period is over.
The deadline is the 21th of this month and voting will begin later.

If the character fails to win the poll and participates in the next poll again, That character gets 10 extra points.
For example, if a character who was recommended twice but was not selected participates in the next poll again, that character will have 20 points added to the final vote count.
Characters who win the poll cannot be recommended again that year.
