FAQ - Have confusion about what the Tier changes mean for you?

Hopefully this will make things clearer for those of you who aren't sure what to do with regards to the tier changes!

• Q - How long do I have to decide which tier to move to?
• A - The new tiers will take effect immediately if you switch now. You will only be charged if the new tier is more expensive that you previous pledge. For example, if you're in the $3 tier and you move to the $8 tier, you will be billed $5 for the difference in cost. However, I know that some people don't read their Patreon messages very often, so I'm giving everyone until the end of September to make their change before I delete the old tiers.

• Q - How long do I have to spend credits I've accumulated in my old tier?
• A - There is no rush, you can spend your credits whenever you like. However after next month, you will no longer earn any more credits, even if you don't modify your tier. 

• Q - Can I still buy credits for $3 if I pay you directly?
• A - Unfortunately not. One of the reasons I initially decided to make some changes is because I was only receiving a little over $2 from every $3 credit sold.  I raised my prices on Gumroad to increments $5 last year, but I never made adjustments to my Patreon tiers until now, to give you all extra time at the $3 level. You can still purchase audios directly with me if you don't want to buy at Gumroad, but you'll need to pay full price. (Unless you're in one of my new tiers that gets a 20% or 50% discount.)

• Q - What happens to the Cover Charge Tier?
• A - There is no longer be a Cover Charge Tier, the $8 tier is my entry level tier.

• Q - What if I take no action, if I don't move to a new tier and I don't cancel? 
• A - If you don't move to a new tier, you will continue to be billed every month at your previous tier amount. I cannot control how much you are charged, and I cannot move you to a different tier. Those changes have to be done by you. But I will be deleting the old tiers at the end of September, so after that you will technically have "No Tier" and simply be tipping for support with no rewards being earned.  (Honestly, there are tons of people who do this currently... so many that pledge for months, even years at a time, and never cash in their credits and I never hear from them.)
