Evidence and Stolen Property

I was trying to get this done for the end of last month, been experimenting with doing all the sketches at once and then moving on rather than one page at a time, which works and is faster, but it wasn't quite fast enough and I'm a day late. Sorry!
Another thing we're doing differently is starting with the dialogue rather than drawing everything and then cramming the dialogue in. I have a general idea of what I want the panels to look like, but having the text there makes it easier to plan.
I'm trying to make the panels more dynamic again, so we'll see less repetitive forest backgrounds for a bit. Drawing and re-drawing similar stuff helps teach you what things are necessary and what things you're wasting time on, before I was spending ages on the bushes trying to make them look good, but now...
Then again, I might be reducing it too much, but we are on a strict schedule and I can't put all the time I'd like to into all these panels.
More than the backgrounds, the poses sorta bother me a bit. I've been using a program for references that ensures I get the proportions right, which has also saved me a massive amount of time, but I think a bigger weakness of mine right now is dramatic camera angles and standard character poses. I've got some new books from a friend that'll help with poses and angles, but I'll have to start analyzing movies and comics and things more than I normally do to see what they're doing that I'm not.
My animation teacher always said to push a pose and keep pushing, and when it got weird you push it a bit more, and that's your extreme before you settle into a more realistic position. I used to think I had that down pat, but now... I think I need to work on my understanding of what he meant, it's not just poses, and you can't just do extreme poses all the time or whenever things need "sprucing up", there needs to be intent.
