Introducing Ignited
Added 2023-03-04 05:46:30 +0000 UTCDelta is ushering in a new year of collaboration by embracing the nature of open-source communities. I've decided to join this wave of development by starting my own fork called Ignited to learn Riley's codebase and develop some simple features. The best of what I create will make its way to mainline Delta when it's ready. Other features and assets will stay exclusive to Ignited due to their niche nature.
Progress has already been made in pulling features from another fork Deltroid, as well as keeping up to date with Delta development. I've also developed a few new features including:
- In-app updates changelog
- Settings preview images for controller skins
- Custom fast-forward speed settings
- Skin websites links in settings
All of the assets have been replaced by my new icon, and 2 new default skins have been created for GBA and GBC, with more to come soon.

2024-04-10 01:17:24 +0000 UTCHave only just discovered Ignited after being a long time user of Delta and I must say I am so impressed by the effort that’s gone into this fork! So much so that I’ve transitioned all my games over and become an immediate patron! The quality of life features and the extra customisation is amazing, my game library has never looked so neat as well as performed as great as it does now! The mGBA and super gameboy implementation means I can now play Pokémon Brown in the colour palette it was designed to be played in! And I can now play Pokemon Adventures Red Chapter on a modern emulator (was using gba4ios previously just for this particular game as delta wouldn’t support it). LitRitt you have done and continue to do a fantastic job - I look forward to many more updates and features and it’s nice to see an iOS emulator in active development! Kudos to you!
