TestFlight Issues
Added 2023-12-22 14:33:16 +0000 UTCWe're having issues with TestFlight at the moment. I uploaded a new build and it messed something up on Apple's servers, causing all builds to expire and new builds are unable to be submit because of an API error. This is an uncommon, but documented, occurrence. I've contacted Apple Support and they should fix the issue after it is elavated to their engineering teams. This may however take upwards of a week or more given the holidays. Ignited was NOT REMOVED from TestFlight by Apple. This happens to all sorts of legitimate apps that are also on the App Store.
To address this issue, we will be falling back to OTA installations for the time being. Anyone that did not accept the invite before this problem started, or does not for any other reason have access to a working version of Ignited on their device, please send me your UDID using https://udid.tech to be added to the OTA installation group. Devices will be added and a new OTA build will be uploaded later today.
I sincerely apologize to any users who were inconvenienced by this. Hopefully this never happens again, but I will always do my best to make the situation right anytime something goes wrong. Thank you all again for your support. Have a happy holiday and new year!
