My original idea for dealing with Anabel for the party was to let perks and past events mostly make the choices for you. But that felt a little too passive, so I decided for there to be some more active routes to take.

During the party, Theo the organizer comes up to Sammy and in conversation mentions Anabel. Sammy considers that Anabel might not be a great fit for this type of party and considers what to do about that.

Party girl Sammy of course decides that plying her with lots of booze is the solution. SO from then on she will actively seek out Anabel, try to get her drunk and probably into a bedroom with someone. If Sammy has lebo or joy, she will also make use of that.

Unless you have some of the more extreme perks though, you will get the option of what to do. Get her drunk, try to help her avoid getting drunk or just ignore her entirely. Sammys actions and the events triggered will vary based on this.

I'm sure we will see Anabel in the background with a lot less clothes than she started with if you decide to get her drunk. Assuming you see her at all and she isn't in one of the bedrooms.

And talking of drunk, NPCs now have a drunk value. If they are in any location where people are drinking, they will get drunk. It's a fairly simple system that checks every hour if an NPC is in a drinking location, if so, add drunkness. Different NPCs have different rates of getting drunk. Anabel tries to take it easy while you will easily see a piss drunk Rachel at the party or hanging with soccer boys.
