Ah ok, it’s been a while since I saw the show, I just remember them showing some sort of connection between them in episode 2

Its kinda implied she goes back to work at the games to pay for the child so seeing the dad go too caught her attention but thats all afaik

2025-02-28 20:13:47 +0000 UTCIf I remember correctly in ep2, the female worker who recognize the male player, I believe they are a couple and they both got chosen to be part of the squid games, without the other’s knowledge, I’m guessing the head master did it on purpose, sad thing is their reasoning to participate is because they didn’t have the funds for their child’s hospital care

Would've loved if the actual actor was a MtF actress but I completely understand how difficult that is in Korea right now. anyway, looking forward to how you both react to the rest of the season. It has some VERY high highs in my opinion.
