-There was an easy out for Frontman since his team went last. If they won, he continues. If they lost, they wouldn't shoot him and wait for the other team if they won to leave to clean the bodies and unshackle him. -The actor playing Frontman is naturally right handed, but his character is left handed. So when doing the spinning top he had to intentionally mess up the first 2 times, then as most people miss he switched hands and did it correct with his non-dominate hand. -Gi-hun wants the games to end, but Frontman is determined to show the games will never end because of human nature as he described in the limo. His voting has either not mattered in each vote, or was the deciding factor to continue it. -We are too early in the games for the VIPs to show up compared to season 1.
