I wonder how Holden would feel about lighter matcha tastes now that he's had a strong one. Jen's discussion on the matcha reminded me of my experience with chocolate. I used to hate chocolate but then I tried 95% dark chocolate from Nicaragua. It was too bad that I've been able to enjoy normal chocolate now since I have a reference for what I dislike lol

And then there's Holden. 3 seconds later "it's not for ya boy" 😂 Definitely not everyone's thing, and it's more of a traditional drink that's been translated to more stuff like ice cream and candies. It's supposed to be a very thick and strong green tea. When I went to Japan i experienced a traditional tea ceremony and they made matcha in a bowl with a bamboo whisk, it was very cool
