Isha is a parallel of Young Jinx. Jinx has mentioned a few times that Isha reminded her of her young self. This Act 2 finale is mirroring what Jinx did in Season 1, of taking matters into her own hands to save others, AKA explosion. Isha wanted to, as a last resort, kill Vander to prevent his suffering, but at the same time prevent Jinx's suffering, because she saw Jinx struggling to help Vander, and I guess Isha realized sooner that it wasn't possible, so she ended it.

Singed is doing all this to supply his daughter, to find a cure for death, but at the cost of ruined lives. Jinx (Powder) wanted to save Vander on season 1 with her homemade explosion, but ended killing both her friends and her relationship with Vi. ETC................
