I wouldn’t say I feel sorry for the Sin Archbishops yet but I’m open to the possibility of feeling sorry for them after what I saw happen to Petelgeuse in Emilia’s flashback in season two. If the reason the Archbishops are so terrible is because the Witch Factors drove them mad then I can’t totally blame them for their actions. I’d need to know what they were like before.

She chucked a bucket of water on her parents and said “I’m leaving” or something like that. When you were checking back through the episode to find where she ran away you didn’t go back far enough. It was before the opening credits.

2025-02-20 17:49:10 +0000 UTCIt’s just an assumption on my part but I think Reid the Master Swordsman is one of the heroes who helped seal the Witch of Envy away 400 years ago. At least I think it was 400 years. If I remember the legend from season 1 correctly it was a Sage, a Hero (Master Swordsman) and a Dragon (Volcanica) who sealed the Witch of Envy away. I think they sealed her because they couldn’t kill her which I recently realized is probably because Satella has the power of Return by Death. I suspect Satella can’t die even if she wants to.
