With the advent of Instant Implant™ technology the laborious and dangerous process of cosmetic surgery gave way to the painless push of a button right out of the box. A decade later one would be hard pressed to find anyone sporting breasts smaller than exercise balls or asses that didn't audibly wobble and clap at the slightest hint of movement. Indeed catering to a population of massive bimbos, busty boys, and everyone in-between hasn't come without its challenges. Nearly every doorway in the world had to be widened, systems had to be developed for people to haul or even see past their own assets, and new fluid drainage systems were now almost universal. Nevertheless the world was able to adjust to its ever expanding population. But with passage of the universal basic implants bill “Big” is about to be redefined.
