Second episode definitely got my attention more. I'm still withholding judgment until later in the series, but I'm feeling OK about this being the first new thing I'm watching in awhile. I'm liking it more than the last few anime my friends hyped up. Watching it for the second time, I didn't really notice the first time that the last one who ran away was the same guy who initially wanted them all to go in and used the fact his friend was expecting another kid to try to convince them. Kind of annoying to instigate all of that and then leave everyone to die.

2024-01-14 03:10:20 +0000 UTCThis anime is gory.😬 And that's an S+ rank for sure. I hate the girl at school “I get I could do better” F.U. 😬 The people in the dungeon are so stupid. Like the rules. It seems like the most basic thing to follow the rules yet they took half of the episode 2 just so they try to understand the rules. Granted they are not easy to figure out. But it would be the first thing to do is try to figure out the rules. 🤦The sheer stupidity they got the first rules right and completely ignore that there are 2 more rules. I thought for a moment that the MC got his whole lower half crush but it’s only a leg. Maybe tone it down for the anime. So the last rule is to trust the god. If everybody stayed in the circle the guard wouldn't have attacked because enough people would look at them so they don’t move, and they could all be players and level up but only the MC stayed. After episode Well done with the setup. So now we can start the real anime with solo leveling since the MC is the only player. Well I can start to see what all the hype is about but the next episode or few episodes will make or break the anime since from now on he will be the solo player. So that will be the rest of the anime at least for the first season I think. Take Care 😋

2024-01-14 00:59:51 +0000 UTCAs a manwha reader, I have to say that his defeat in episode 2 was far more heart wrenching than in the manwha. It wasn't necessarily depicted differently, but seeing it play out was far more savage. It truly captures all of the thoughts one might have in their final moments, and I guess that's why it's so relatable. *Nobody and nothing wants to die.*

He’s trying to make a living trying to support his sister, and his mom that’s in the hospital. They try to justify their reason for leaving as something that’s more important than his reason, it would make anyone angry lol
