Kirinji creates those healing springs, Kirio creates the soul mod and oetsu create the zanpakto. The other two will be explained later. Like I said it before there is a lot info in the upcoming episodes and mostly things that have been foreshadowed.

I don't know of you forgot, but "Kenpachi" is a title, and it's one Retsu never lost. So just sit down, enjoy the show. It will all be explained later.
