2024-03-01 12:58:39 +0000 UTCTo answer a question: Urahara helped the Vaizards (their hollows were consuming them initially and Aizen studied that to realize he needed to use the Hogokyu to make "perfect" Arrancars). He escaped soul society with them, helped them get situated in the world of the living. He most likely helped them get their powers under control too as he maintains contact with them still. Arrancars were created by Aizen and the Hogokyu, it would have been beyond Aizen's abilities otherwise. They were essentially "impossible" creations made possible by the ability to manifest one's desires. The tech to prevent hollowfication is extremely difficult to control, alter or manipulate. In that respect, no one has ever managed what Aizen did. Also, in that respect Urahara is probably the closest man to actually mastering that technology. He did it with forbidden knowledge and smarts. He developed his own methods on how to minimize or control the Hollow powers for both Masaki and Ichigo.
