Ivoria the Espeon grows beefier and hulk-ier any time she learns anything new. She grows bustier and milkier and booty-er any time she exercises. Her mind and Psychic powers grow stronger any time she milks herself or overeats enough to pad her figure. In short, any time she improves any part of herself, another part gets boosted for free as a bonus. You can imagine it's nigh impossible for her to avoid causing some sort of self-perfecting improvement cascade with almost anything she does... And you're correct, and she's always delighted to indulge that fact and all the growth-bliss it brings her.
