I’m dropping Mushoku Tensei Reactions
Added 2024-04-07 12:40:42 +0000 UTCHey guys. I’m sorry to say this but the more I thought about it, I’ve come to the decision to drop the Mushoku Tensei reactions. I just don’t feel comfortable reacting to it. This show has a community that can become extremely toxic the second you criticize it and that’s not something I want to expose myself or the members of this community to. It’s come to the point where I don’t even feel like I can give my honest opinions on the show and that’s not the kind of person I want to be or the content I want to put out. I hope you guys can understand where I’m coming from. I know this is going to upset some people and I’m truly sorry. I didn’t want to disappoint you guys but at the end of the day I had to do what felt right for me and the channel.

It may be epic to you, but I sort of feel the same. The show just does far too much. No need to "bare" something that you just don't want to be subjected to or triggered by. Fantasy is to enjoy oneself and become immersed in a story. Strictly speaking, while I'm aware things get good, I think there are far better stories out there. The Beginning After The End strikes me as one such tale.

Some of the topics are hard to handle but there are worst out there. True its a bit cringe but it was first published like 12 yrs ago. So More Isekai have evolved from this material.

When I pointed out that it causes mutations in DNA and regresses humans - he was like "wait, really?" Half of the time they don't even realize that society drifted away from those ideas BECAUSE they weren't fit to have in the first place. Old ass people preying on kids will never be ok in my book.

2024-04-07 20:11:40 +0000 UTCI support this decision. The hate isn't really worth anything you'd gain from it. Besides, there are so many new animes coming out right now that it won't be missed. Go,Go Loser Ranger, Reincarnated as a Slime s3, MHA s7 and Bleach later this summer, Kaiju #8 , Windbreaker, these are all quality shows that could replace that slot.

I have to do reviews of jobless this season and as someone who doesn’t always love the show I’m braced for what might come my way. Always take care of your mental n emotional health first. That’s the most important thing.

I guess its a lot of stress too dealing with the drama, I do like the show but I think 99% of the critique is valid and I also do critique it a lot myself, So in the end, were just along for the ride, where we going is up to you. :) just curious - do you think you will watch it on your own still or dropping the show completely.

In the end you react to whatever you want to react and people should understand that.
