They don't have proper education because they live in a ghetto. It's like that in ghettos all across the world. Did you ever think it was weird that police didn't come to clean up the delinquents? They probably don't even bother to go to that town because of gang rivalries, fights and presence. That only left the delinquents themselves to create some sort of way of dealing with the problem. It's pretty much like that in every "hood" on the face of the planet.

In this anime π€£ the strong grip handshake π€£ I guess no teacher in this anime. π€£ The show is indeed adorable. The two, Sakura and the desk guy already teaming up π After episode. I kind of like the setup. And the cast. Iβm not that big on school activities so no teacher, no explanation doesnβt bother me that much. The other gang is brutal but I guess itβs a way to introduce really fuck up characters but not include them in Furin. Take Care π
