Canceled Subscriptions
Added 2022-01-12 11:46:38 +0000 UTCA lot patrons canceled the subscription lately giving as reason that I wasn't active enough.
And I'm wondering why is that? I'm pretty much every day active in the discord server.
I update my tables or make new tables when ever I have time for it.
All support is handled through discord, if something in a table is broken, you would like a new option, you have a question or problem then just post a message in the discord server.
We have specific channels for table problems, suggestions and a lot more.
You can't expect me to fix a problem when you don't tell me that there is one.

I subbed for a specific table, got that table. There were some issues with it, you fixed them within 2 days, which was well above my expectations. I will be cancelling at the end of my month, as I don't play that game anymore. Should I want another table, I will resub and stay connected for the time I play the game. I have no regrets paying for a month, you provided exactly what you said you would. G.

We still have to list a reason when we cancel, even if its just because we beat/got bored with the game. You're way more than active enough in the discord, and timely with your updates to tables when a game updates. Keep on rocking on!

2022-01-31 15:35:11 +0000 UTCNot sure which game you mean exactly. As mentioned in the patron level description, you pay me to get access to the updates I make anyways and not to make updates. I've made a lot tables and still making more and some tables have a higher priority for me than others, so it can always take a while before I update a specific table. In the discord server I have already 35+ tables, can't expect anyone to update everything in a few days. And if ppl don't tell me that something needs to be updated then I don't even know that a update is needed / wanted. Got the discord server with all the channels for a reason, so ppl can ask questions, report problems and learn things. Thanks :)
