Hi everyone! Here is a new build for my Windenburg makeover. Only one left and I’m done (I will finally be able to share the first version of my save file, yay 🎉). This build works as a nightclub and as a thrift and bubble tea store! I hope you’ll like it.

If you play on PC/Mac, I’d highly recommend using the Auto Employees | Custom Lot Trait mod by LittleMsSam :

Install the mod,
Go to build mode and add the “Professional” lot trait,
Go to live mode and click on a door to allow the NPCs to show up.

Many years ago, when the city destroyed one of its oldest buildings here, there was an open call for proposals to replace it. The winner was Filippa Birch, a young woman who had just finished university. Her project was simple: create an eco-friendly spot for people to get a drink by day, and a spot for people to party by night. If in the surface this bar and thrift store seem perfectly normal, in the underground, you can find the coolest nightclub in Windenburg.
