Alice's Little Parade with New Score
Added 2018-04-10 20:58:54 +0000 UTCBecause of all of you, we were able to restore ALICE'S LITTLE PARADE and add a music score to it. This was no small task and took a lot of time and effort to make it happen. The digital scans of 16mm and 35mm prints were sourced from Tommy Jose Stathers and the restoration work was done in Michigan by Steve Stanchfield and his team. While the restoration work was underway, composer Mark Watters wrote the new score.
The end result is nothing short of fantastic! But that is my own opinion, you be judge and see if this meets your expectations. Let's us know what you think of this effort.
With this one completed, it time to start the next one. We have a some feelers out on a possible lost Oswald cartoon and there are more Alice Comedies as well. What do you want to see next? This is a community and we value your input. And BTW, if you like how this turned and want to see more, helps us by spreading the word. The more supporters, the more we can do.
