I usually draw characters naked, and then I draw versions of clothes and other things. And I can't spend as much time on versions as I do on the main work. Otherwise, I would only have time to draw one work per month instead of 4-5. And rarely do I draw a character in clothes and only then partially undress them (as in this case). I just don't have time to draw the body and skin in full detail. Therefore, she will be partially undressed. Besides, even if she was completely naked, her π» wouldn't be visible here anyway.
