I usually draw characters naked, and then I draw versions of clothes and other things. And I can't spend as much time on versions as I do on the main work. Otherwise, I would only have time to draw one work per month instead of 4-5. And rarely do I draw a character in clothes and only then partially undress them (as in this case). I just don't have time to draw the body and skin in full detail. Therefore, she will be partially undressed. Besides, even if she was completely naked, her 😻 wouldn't be visible here anyway.
