By the way, I don't remember seeing her anywhere except on the cover of the game.
When I was a child, I looked at the CD covers of this game and dreamed of drawing the same way, having the same skill. So I think it had a big impact on my journey as an artist today.
And it still remains my favorite game. As a child, I spent so many hours( that are considered to be wasted) in this game. But I read somewhere, that our brain doesn't really care if we look at Bora-Bora in real life or in a picture. That is, we are able to get exactly the same pleasure and maybe even experience just looking at the picture, as if we were doing it in real life. Then it would mean that playing games we can live a few more lives. :D Awesome lives

2024-03-16 00:33:38 +0000 UTCMost of the games I gravitated towards were any game where I piloted a space fighter ship that involved rescuing planet Earth or something similar, like Gradius, Thunderforce, Skyfox, etc. NGL when I hit pubescence (lol) I tended to lean to games that featured women heroes like Phantasy Star (Alis) Golden Axe (Tyris Flare) and Street fighter 2 (Chun Li) a habit that still lingers with me nowadays :-D

It's a shame most of the newer generations have such an attention deficiency they can't read and enjoy novels anymore. (Obviously that isn't true of all of them, but I can't tell you how many times I've talked to someone that "hates to read".)

Your art would definitely look amazing on a game cover, or, in the in-game loading screens the way GTA likes to do them. ❤️ The power of imagination is truly amazing, and stories, whether they're games or book or whatever can definitely give us experiences that rival and sometimes surpass doing something or visiting somewhere in person in reality. And some things are just not possible in reality, but can be done in games... like say Civilization style games, bringing a nomadic tribe through the ages until they've come from spears and bows to stealth bombers and aircraft carries and space flight. :D
