Futa Quest development news #71

The heat, the heat never changes, oops, it seems to be from a different game universe.

How many times have I berated myself for not installing an air conditioner where I live? Each time, I promised myself that I would buy one the following year, you know…
The development of the new version takes place in the stoic transcendence of temperature mode or, to be more precise, baking mode.

New costumes are being painted and scenes are slowly being added to the collection of finished works. I would like to discuss one of them in more detail.

We usually painted one background and some events that took place on it for one scene, but now, in the desire to do something unusual and bright, we scaled everything up to two works in one.
The scene will feature two pairs of characters in the foreground and background. While you watch one pair, you will have the opportunity to watch the other pair after a while.
It turns out to be a good scene that is also quite important for advancing the plot and the characters' development.

Now, let's move on to the most important news for those waiting for the earliest release of the new versions.

The tentative release date is September 7-21.
It's still too difficult to set an exact date, so we're leaving room for flexibility (we don't want to repeat what happened with the last version, when we had to push back the approved date).

The big news.
We, especially me, are reluctant to share information about our personal lives and health, sensibly assuming that our supporters are primarily focused on the game and have little interest in other things. But it will directly affect the game now, and I have an obligation to let you all know about it.

I am scheduled to have surgery on July 26. If all goes well, I will only need a week of sick leave, although I have taken a week and a half just in case. Then, I will return to my normal routine.

If something goes wrong, the sick leave could last three weeks or more. This is the worst-case scenario, which I hope will not happen. Please don't worry about me. This surgery should improve my quality of life, and it's not serious enough to interrupt it.
Anyway, I'll try to write a post as soon as I can to let you know about me (after all, someone will still be thinking about me and worrying).

It's a pity to end on a not quite cheerful note, but unfortunately that's the way it goes.

P.S. It's important to release the test scene tomorrow because it will be a bit problematic to do it.
