Thank you for asking for it, this game was so horny, I hope I didn't go too far TwT I took some liberties with the anatomy, I couldn't find a great reference for the in-game model so I relied on some concept arts~
My headcanon is they find bliss in the end, after their bodies change enough, their suffering ends... ;w;
