Back from break + Aleks rework
Added 2024-01-14 21:16:58 +0000 UTCHey all, I'm back from the break, I didn't do much heavy work during it since that would kinda defeat the purpose but I did manage to slowly pick at that Aleks rework so here it is.
It looks close to the recent depictions since I kept reshaping the old model through the years, here's a more direct comparison to it.
Even if the quality jump isn't the highest, the new topology and optimisations are massive backend improvement for an easer workflow.
Still needs some reshaping but it's close to the final look I think.

2024-01-14 22:49:00 +0000 UTCThe differences and refinements aren't huge at first glance, but they're pervasive. His proportions look much more like a person and less like an action figure, and his clothes look a LOT more like the way actual clothing tends to fit. I can especially see it in the jeans. Unless they're super tight or very old/soft those extra crinkles are much more like what real denim does.
