It's a remake of the #jackochallenge meme set, this time with Adykadoll Flex body. It turns out that it's not easier to do that pose with flex body because it springs back to a more natural position. This is as far as I could get it, but I think it's totally recognizable. Smart Doll's long legs also make it a bit more challenging.
