Just 3 brushes that i actively use for sketches last month.
[not for lineart, because ususally i dont draw very clear sketches]
P.s. - brushes for Photoshop but first 2 will work fine on ipad i think.

My base for sketch
Here's 2 files that i use for 80% sketches. BG file is under sketch layer, Noise file above sketch layer in Overlay mode (65-70% opasity).
