working on getting the linearts ready for both images, but I figured I'd take a moment to show what I ended up doing with Blackjack O'Hare.

Bit of wear n' tear, but I couldn't imagine him looking pristine xD

I'm gonna start the poll for all the suggestions given at midnight tonight CST, so there's still time to add if you want it.

Another Sketch Request update

Everyone in the sketch tier should either have received at least one completed sketch, OR a rough sketch from me today, that was owed one.

Since we have two pics, I might go a bit simpler in terms of shading, but we'll see what happens.

So there was an even split between Rocket/Ratchet/Blackjack and Avocato/Falco...

Guess I'm doing two images this month :U

(future ties may not get this same treatment, but I feel like I can get away with doing two this month :P)

February Valentine's Art ~Complete~

Went simple and left the negative space up top as is, so hopefully the eye is drawn where it matters :U

I may go back at some point and color up the extra image, but there's other stuff to do in the meantime. I'll start the poll for next month's pic in a few hours, so get your suggestions in if you haven't already^^

One last February WIP~

Not much left, I'm just debating the best use or lack of use of the space towards the top of the image. The rest of the objects will be quick little fills of painted in details and adding the logs/fire (that main light will likely get toned down just a bit as well)

This will drop in the folder as soon as its ready :U

Patreon Valentine's WIP

I just need to get the little things in the background finished and do a little tweaking to the lighting on Ratchet. Then this should be all set :3

That actually was quicker than I thought it would be, tho I did kinda blitz through some stuff, especially considering this isn't the winning pic, so I don't want to devote as much time to as the other one (third pic is tentative on it when I'll do more with it).

The hi-res will go in the folder shortly and the lo-res will pop up on twitte...

Twitter V-Day WIP

Since this one will be going up on twitter on Valentine's day AND it's probably the least involved piece between the two, I figured I'd go ahead and get it done. Not much left, just gotta add some fireworks (I'm not fireworks on valentine's day is a thing, but fuck it) and a little bit of extra stuff and this one will be done!

A little something extra for February

Figured since there was a toy visible in the sketch of the winning pic, I should do something to show what they planned to do with it :3

Note, I don't intend to take this image as far as I will the other two will be, but I'll at least try to do lineart and values and have it ready by the end of the month :U

Behold, my great deception! I had said that you were voting one which Valentine's pic would be the patreon pic for February, and technically that is true.

However, what was ACTUALLY being decided on was which one gets to be the pic (the winner) that's exclusive to patrons (at least for a little while) while the other (the reverse winner :P...

decided the other was a little sloppier than I cared for, especially compared to option B, so I refined it.  Added some elements to better show why its the horny version, cuz it looks like they planned for a spicy night.

Didn't finish as quickly as expected, but I also didn't expect the crosshatching to be quite so time-consuming and that's mainly because I kept having to redo some spots when I would realize the lines didn't flow rig...

January Color WIP

last little update for a bit, but just wanted to show everyone what the basic color scheme for each of them is gonna be. Decided to kinda try my own thing with Rocket.

My plan is to just have them on some dark rocky terrain, so there's not much left to this pic once I get the rest of the crosshatching added :D

Almost finished with Symbiote Ratchet lines

I'm being a little meticulous with his liens, trying to get as many little details as I can in there.

I also will be doing something different in terms of shading (not something I've never done before, but just... not my usual thing) to try and give a bit of a comic-y look.

Also, I'll be closing the window for suggestions tonight, so...
