The translation text limit for free users has been changed to dynamic adjustment mode

I made a calculation error a few minutes ago and counted the expired supporters as active supporters. ....
Previously it was fixed at 5 MB (redundant 1 MB actually 6 MB), but now it is dynamically adjusted.
The rule is roughly (percentage of target language supporters used * 10MB) + 1MB (1MB is the base minimum size).
